J-LO started her music career at age 16 in a music theater with her film debut in the little-seen My Little Girl, not much has she done for a while after that until she became one of the dancing "Fly Girls" on the television sketch comedy series In Living Color.

J LO then took small roles in "Second Chances", but that was not something that led her to faim, it was until she co-stared with Wesley Snipes and Woody Harrelson in the 1995 feature film Money Train, smaller roles in pictures including My Family/Mi Familia, Jack, and Blood and Wine followed.

J-LO's first big achievement was when she got the title role in 1997's Selena, "About the slain Tejano singer", then Co-starring opposite George Clooney in 1998's acclaimed Out of Sight.
